Murdo Macleod

I have been married to Maggie since 1991. We have two children, Angus (born 1995) and Kirsty (born 1997). We have been worshipping at Leith since 2000.

For most of my working life I worked in Christian publishing with The Banner of Truth Trust, but since the autumn of 2005 I have gone back to college as a 'mature' student ('Mature?!' exclaims Maggie). I am studying with a view to, hopefully, one day being a Free Church minister and I should be finished the course in the summer of 2008.

When I get the chance I like to read my own choice of book (not the College's!) and to see Rangers winning on the TV (alas, that seems to happen as little as reading my own choice of book!) Most of my spare time is taken up with the children and their activities - parks, swimming, walking, chauffeur service, etc (but I'm not complaining - I get to act young in the process!)
